1. Purpose These T&Cs define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of booking hotel rooms and associated services.

2. Booking The booking becomes firm and final after receipt of the guarantee details (credit card or deposit) according to the terms provided at the time of booking (website, telephone, email, on site).

3. Price Prices shown are in euros, inclusive of tax, and include the VAT in force. The tourist tax is extra.

4. Cancellation / Modification Possibility of free cancellation up to 24 hours before the arrival date. See conditions of the booked rate. In the event of a late cancellation or no-show, the amount of one night will be charged/collected. Any reduction in stay will result in the billing of one cancelled night.

5. Arrival and Departure Times Check-in: from 16:00 - Check-out: before 11:00. Any overshoot may result in the billing of an additional night.

6. Payment Methods Payment is made prior to your stay, by credit card, or other methods accepted by the establishment.

7. Liability The hotel declines all liability in the event of loss, theft or damage to belongings in the rooms or common areas.

8. Behaviour / House Rules The guest agrees to respect the house rules available at the reception. Any disturbance (nuisance, damage, prohibited behaviour) may lead to exclusion without compensation or refund.

9. Pets Accepted only in private rooms at the rate of €15 per night, per pet.

10. Personal Data The information collected is processed in accordance with the Data Protection Act and the GDPR. The guest has a right of access, rectification and opposition to their data. (See privacy policy)

11. Disputes In the event of a dispute, the guest will first contact the hotel to seek an amicable solution. Failing this, the competent court will be that of the location of the establishment.

12. Non-Smoking Policy This establishment is non-smoking. Smoking is prohibited in all enclosed spaces of the property. A fine of €150 will be charged in case of non-compliance with this rule.

13. Safety In case of a fire alarm, leave your room immediately and proceed to the nearest emergency exit.

 Dormitories have bunk beds, some of which are located at a height of more than two 2 metres. For safety reasons, access to beds located more than two metres high is strictly prohibited for children under 12 years old. Any booking including a child under 12 years old must imperatively be declared in advance at the time of booking (telephone call, email), in order to allow the assignment of a low-level bed, subject to availability. Minor children remain, throughout the duration of the stay, under the exclusive responsibility of their legal representative. The establishment cannot be held liable for any incident or accident resulting from non-compliance with these provisions or a lack of supervision.

14. Minimum Age Required Minors under 18 years of age are not permitted to stay without the presence of a responsible adult.

15. Person with Reduced Mobility Please let us know at the time of your booking to assist your stay as best as possible.
